Position Title: Jr/Sr High Principal
Reports to: Superintendent
Work Schedule: 0.5 FTE of 200 days or 1800 (9-hour days) based on 2026-2027 school calendar.

Compensation: Salary will be prorated based on FTE and experience, according to the District Administrative Handbook.

 

Central Linn School District is seeking a student-centered, instructional educational leader to serve as our Jr/Sr High School Principal; part-time. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with dedicated staff, engaged students, and a supportive community to strengthen teaching and learning for grades 7-12. We are looking for a leader who values relationships, supports strong instructional practices, and is committed to helping every student succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. The successful candidate will help cultivate a positive school culture, implement AVID schoolwide and support staff growth and student achievement.

 

Central Linn School District serves approximately 450 students across two campuses through a brick-and-mortar education setting, as well as two online programs, supporting the communities of Halsey, Brownsville, Shedd, and Peoria in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Our small-town community offers easy access to Corvallis and Eugene (30 minutes) and is within 90 minutes of the Oregon Coast and Cascade Mountains.
